Cardiac Rehabilitation
The Academy can now offer Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation classes and personal training sessions for people who have been diagnosed with heart disease or have had a cardiac event. The training is individually prescribed for those that have been through a Phase III program or have been referred by their Doctor. Phase IV is the period that follows a cardiac event, come to the Academy and make a commitment to enjoying a longer, healthier life.

Martial Arts Training
If you are looking for realistic self-defence, stress management techniques or just want to improve your aerobic and anaerobic fitness, the Academy has a class to suit you.

Sports Injury Management and Rehabilitation
Bad Back? Sore knees? Why be in pain? Get back to normal fitness now.

HSE Approved First Aid Training
Training to suit your needs, at the Academy or on your premises.

Fully Equipped Training Area
Separate area with a variety of different punch bags, speed balls and free weights.

Classes are purposely kept small to allow you to get the full benefit of the training, so you will be treated as an individual and not one of a crowd. There is a development program to suit everyone, providing all the family with the very best in self-defence, health and fitness.
