Class Overview
Wake Up with Tai Chi
Start the day the same way that millions of Chinese do all over the world. Thirty minutes of breathing and stretching to get the body ready to face the day ahead. It is done slowly so you can arrive dressed for work and not leave feeling all hot and sweaty, just revitalised and invigorated.

Ladies Boxercise
Boxing is a great way to get fit, lose weight and tone up. It’s aerobic exercise that makes the heart pump and the lungs burn. It’s fun and exciting. The class ends with a strengthening and toning circuit to complete the transformation of the new you.

Chosho Tigers Martial Arts
The martial arts are a great form of exercise for a child that helps to develop confidence, posture and fitness. The class has been developed to promote the healthy development of character and body in a fun environment.

Kick Boxing 
An effective and practical way to keep fit. It involves the use of punches, elbows, knees and kicks. Training is less formal with the use of music to build atmosphere but don’t confuse this with a dance class, it’s hard and tough and builds fighters not performers.

Ladies Kickboxing
Kick Boxing has the same benefits as boxing, by adding kicking it burns calories even faster so is a great way to get fit, lose weight and tone up.   It’s fun and exciting. The class ends with a strengthening and toning circuit to complete the transformation of the new you.

Fighting Arts 
Level 1 is the first step to achieving the coveted Black Belt. Aimed at members who have just joined up to Green Belt. Level 2 is for the student who has shown commitment and is ready for the next step. The pressure starts to increase now in intensity and complexity. The syllabus, from Blue to first brown, now includes more pair work and weapons. Level 3, now the polishing begins for the final countdown to Black Belt. The basics are known, now we focus relaxing and flowing with the attack, making the art more personal.

Tai Chi & Qigong 
“Builds health fast in slow motion”. It is suitable for all regardless of age or fitness level. It is proven to reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, improve circulation and improve stamina, flexibility and balance. 

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
As seen in the UFC on the television, No Holds Barred fighting that allows fighters to Punch, kick, throw, grapple. A tough class not for the faint hearted. Includes a lot of sparing, very physical.
